WHO WE ARE

I’m Noyan, one of the founding members of our small mushroom farm. Originally from Turkey, I grew up in Virginia and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute. After working as a roadway engineer and project manager for 8 years, I transitioned to a career in firefighting, where I met Kenny McCartney Jr., our lead (and currently only) grower and owner. Impressed by his entrepreneurial spirit, passion for farming, and keen attention to detail, I was delighted to accept his offer to invest in and help manage the business.
